Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, we carefully prepare and send it to our trusted suppliers for fulfillment. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Shipping times may vary depending on the product and supplier location:

United States: 5–12 business days

International Orders: 7–20 business days
We work with multiple suppliers, including U.S.-based and international warehouses, to provide the best possible delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or shipping carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Fluxy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Fluxy, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and our partnerships with multiple suppliers, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
However, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

The item was not delivered within the estimated timeframe
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos as proof.
Refunds
If your request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation and supplier availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order.
